What you need to know.
How do you get started?
A 45-minute demo by video call, on a project similar to yours. Your access starts at the end of the call: a 30-day trial with all features unlocked, no credit card required. You choose your plan at the end.
Do my clients and contractors pay?
No. Only the organisation running the project subscribes. You can invite unlimited guests for free. If a contractor chooses to have its own Kablann Pro, that is its choice — and it costs you nothing.
Can I keep my tools and my formats?
Yes. You keep drawing in your usual software: Kablann neither connects to it nor replaces it. You upload your drawings to the project in any format except DWG (export them as PDF); they are filed and versioned. PDFs and images open and can be annotated on screen; other formats can be downloaded. Each guest sees what their role allows.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. Your documents, budgets and messages are never used to train a model. The AI works on your projects, for you alone: at your request, or when a document arrives at your project's email address.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, backed up and exportable at any time. Closed projects remain archived, viewable and exportable for as long as you subscribe, on every plan. Hosting, encryption, permissions and retention.
