The DCE (tender documents), CCTP (specifications), drawings and quantity take-offs you receive are read automatically: within minutes you know what is being asked of you, and what is missing from the tender pack. Each quote adds to your price library; your cost estimate starts from there.
Subcontractor compliance, kept up to date
Client approval, URSSAF compliance certificates (French social security) every six months, ten-year liability insurance: the documents are collected, dated and followed up with reminders before they expire. You see at a glance who is up to date. For companies registered in France.

What contractors ask us.
An architect has invited me to their project: do I have to pay?
No, and that will not change. On a Kablann customer's project, you work free of charge. Kablann Pro gives you your own workspace for all your projects.
When can I start?
Kablann Pro is planned to launch in January 2027. Until then, early access lets you see the tool on your own projects and be among the first to start.
What does early access include?
A walkthrough on your own projects before launch, a conversation to tell us what would save you the most time, and a place among the first to start. It is free, with no commitment.
Will the architect see my prices?
No. Your subcontractors' and suppliers' prices, your margin and your team schedule stay in your workspace. On a project, the architect sees what their role allows: the contract, the interim payment applications submitted for their approval, the snagging items.
Do I need a licence for every operative?
Only people who have an account in your workspace are counted. You choose who has one, and you can restrict an account to the day's tasks, photos and closing out snagging items. Your subcontractors, the architect and the client are never counted.
Does Kablann Pro replace my quoting and invoicing software?
No. It does not do quotes, invoices or accounts: it handles the shared construction project, which your business management software does not cover.
Where is my data hosted?
