Each licence is charged at the rate for its tier: the first two at the first-tier price, the third to fifth at the second-tier price, and so on. The total always rises; the average price per licence always falls. Prices in euros, excluding VAT, per licence per month, with an annual commitment; no commitment: +20%.

One signature = one signed document, however many signatories. A pack is shared across the whole team and is valid for 12 months. Optional automatic top-up, so no one is held up when it is time to sign. Packs are ordered from Kablann and added to your invoice. Over 300 per year: on request.

Pricing, in six questions

I am a guest on an architect's construction project: do I have to pay?: No. On a construction project run by a Kablann customer, you work for free, now and in the future. Kablann Pro gives you your own workspace for all your construction projects, teams, tenders and subcontractors.
Why a per-user price?: Because what the tool saves you scales with your team. Each licence is charged at the rate for its tier: the total rises as the team grows, and the price per person falls.
Who is counted?: The people in your company who have an account in your workspace. For a site operative, you restrict the account to the essentials: their tasks for the day, their photos, the close-out of their snagging items. The architect, the client, your subcontractors and your suppliers are never counted.
What if the team grows or shrinks?: You can add a licence whenever you like, billed pro rata until the renewal date. A removal takes effect at the annual renewal date.
Are there any paid options?: Just one: e-signatures, singly (€3.90 excl. VAT) or in volume-discount packs. Everything else is included in the licence price: unmetered AI, guests, archives, export.
How do you cancel?: The annual commitment renews for twelve-month periods. We remind you of the renewal date two months in advance; to cancel, simply email us at least thirty days before the renewal date. With no commitment, the current month is payable and nothing more. You can export your data at any time as a spreadsheet file that can be read without Kablann.
