Kablann Architecte—Schedule

Contractor coordination

The construction schedule everyone actually reads.

A schedule is only worth something if it is up to date and understood by those who carry it out. In Kablann, each contractor sees its own scheduled work, the effect of each delay is visible, and the client sees the date that matters to them — their own.

How it works

A date that moves never moves alone.

Tasks are linked to one another. On the Maîtrise plan, when one slips, the chain is recalculated and you see immediately what is at risk.

The schedule is no longer a document. It becomes a signal.

A view for each contractor

Each trade sees its dates, its prerequisites and what lies ahead. No more chasing people just to repeat the schedule.

The effect of a delay, calculated (Maîtrise plan)

A delay shows every downstream task it affects. You make the call before the construction project is forced to reorganise around it.

The client sees their date

Delivery, moving in, a visit: the date that matters to them is visible, without their having to open a Gantt chart.

Shared updates

You correct a date, and everyone sees the current version. No more sending round a file called ‘planning_v17_final’.

What changes

Fewer reminders, fewer guessed dates.

Reminders become unnecessary

A contractor that can see its date and its prerequisites no longer needs a call to be reminded of them.

Coordination is visible

When two phases overlap, the schedule flags it.

The history is kept

The original dates, the schedule changes and the reasons for them remain on record. If there is a disagreement, the chronology is in writing.

Updating takes a minute

The schedule is corrected in one action and everyone sees the current version, at the same moment.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often.

Can we import an existing schedule?
There is no automatic import yet. The schedule is built in one click from the project's trade packages, with typical durations that you adjust; an existing schedule can be uploaded as a project document.
Can contractors propose dates?
They confirm their scheduled work or flag that they cannot make it. Approval remains with the lead consultant.
Is the schedule visible from the construction site?
Yes, on a phone. Pages are kept light, designed for use on site.
