Each licence is charged at the rate for its tier: the first two at the first-tier price, the third to fifth at the second-tier price, and so on. The total always rises; the average price per licence always falls. Prices in euros, excluding VAT, per licence per month, with an annual commitment; no commitment: +20%.

Just one paid option: e-signatures. No plan includes them: you pay only for those you send, singly or in packs. The larger the pack, the less each signature costs.

One signature = one signed document, however many signatories. A pack is shared across the whole team and is valid for 12 months. Optional automatic top-up, so no one is held up when it is time to sign. Packs are ordered from Kablann and added to your invoice. Over 300 per year: on request.

Pricing, in eight questions

Why a per-user price?: Because what the tool saves you scales with your team. Pricing is tiered: each user pays the rate for their tier, so the total rises as the team grows while the price per person falls.
Who pays, and who is free?: Only the organisation running the project subscribes. You can invite unlimited clients, contractors, engineering consultants and quantity surveyors for free.
How does the trial work?: For 30 days, all features are unlocked, as on the Maîtrise plan, no credit card required. At the end, you choose the plan that fits how you work. Without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted.
How do you change plan?: Just tell us, and your plan changes the same day. The difference is calculated pro rata for the time remaining, with no interruption to your current projects.
What if the team grows or shrinks?: You can add users whenever you like: they are billed pro rata until the renewal date. Removing a user takes effect at the annual renewal date.
Are there any paid options?: Just one: e-signatures, singly (€3.90 excl. VAT) or in volume-discount packs. Everything else is included in the licence price: unmetered AI, guests, archives, export.
How do you cancel?: The annual commitment renews for twelve-month periods. We remind you of the renewal date two months in advance; to cancel, simply email us at least thirty days before the renewal date. With no commitment, the current month is payable and nothing more. You can export your data at any time as a spreadsheet file that can be read without Kablann.
Are you setting up your practice?: Your subscription costs 30% less in the first year, on an annual commitment, for up to two users. The offer is reserved for organisations that have been registered, or enrolled with the Ordre (the French architects' professional body), for less than twelve months (proof of eligibility required). It cannot be combined with the founding members offer; e-signatures remain at the standard price. Two months before renewal, we let you know and review things with you.
